Antoine

Antoine has been working on his project for over three years. Three years of listening, creating and putting his life into music. Before, Antoine was a designer. But, over the years, he realized that he was moving away from who he really was. From what animated him deeply. In search of meaning and freedom, Antoine decided to leave a lot of things behind him, including his job. His goal was to refocus himself on essentials things: to be with his family and friends, to take care of himself, his body, his mind, and to believe in his dreams. To learn to be proud again. To devote himself fully to his musical project was liberating. A dream that allowed him to get back on the road and relearn to know himself by looking at the past to live on a better way the moment. We feel it. Antoine’s music is sweet, melancholic. Sometimes full of energy and spirit, it reflects everything he has gone through. A pure music in its splendour and its sorrow. The melodies, omnipresent, matches with texts that tell Antoine’s life, his story. Where the painful past mixes with warm laughs, where loneliness goes with memories of love. When he started to work on his music again, Antoine was far from imagining all the energy he’ll need to give life to his project. First, in his mind, the project will be a rock band, before realizing, naturally, that he would be the performer. However, this new project is firstly a human and collective adventure: to experiment, discover and share, Antoine surrounded himself with his closest friends, such as musicians and producers Yanis Hadjar (Else), Louis- Gabriel Gonzalez (Else, Mohave), Moussa Fennira (Moussa), and the director Mohamed Chabane. Today, Antoine reconnects with himself. This free and carefree kid, never stopped dreaming and never will.
